H grade OVDT series SG(B)10 open wide aspirated dry type transformer researched and devoloped by our co***ny, has the merits of self-extinguish, flameproof or even imflammable and high safe performance etc., with 180℃-220℃ insulation system optimun designed by employing H and C grade insulation materials like Nomex, Cequin, Tufauin from DUPONT co***ny and QUIN-T co***ny and those materials were certificated by American UL Insurance Test.
At the same time, with current advanced VIP vacuum immersion draft, the overall part of the winding is immersed with flame-resist type ET-90H grade modified heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin. The paint film is even and clear with strong adhesion and will not crack. With small amount of partial discharge, good performance of overall mechanical intensity and insulation and good weather withstand performance, it is applicable to damp condition with hevy pollution of salt and fog etc.
SG(B) 10 series OVDT product, characterized by low loss, small noise, low partial discharge and a series of advanced performance index and reliable security, is widely used in load center with high requirement towards fireproof and environmental protection like tourist site, commercial center, shopping more, residential area, high building, airport, underground railway, hospital, wharf and other places.
